Shujauddin is a versatile, accomplished, and results-driven engineering management professional with 28 years of experience leading and motivating diverse teams. He sustains safe work environments, drives quality assurance initiatives, improves processes, and streamlines operations. Mr. Chaudhry applies continuous improvement principles to increase processes, maintenance efficiency, and company profits.

Mr. Azam is a certified Aviation Management Professional with an excellent record of initiating and leading turnaround growth strategies in complex environments. Over 25 years of hands-on experience gained within armed Forces, airline, retail and customer services industries covering flight operations, i.e. flight dispatch and operations control, aircraft scheduling, maintenance control, maintenance, engineering, maintenance planning, technical assistance, General Management, Business Development and Innovation and Change Management.
Muhammad acquires the Masters of Public Administration and is an inspirational leader with a supportive yet challenging management style that motivates both teams and individuals to exceed targets and job responsibilities. He is focused, versatile, dependable, emotionally stable and multi-task oriented, able to adapt effectively to challenges and emergencies.
Salman AHMAD
Quality Assurance Director
Mr. Ahmad has completed the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma in Airframe and Engines mechanical and has acquired the Master of Business Administration course in Aviation Management. Having started as an apprentice, Salman has grown over the years to manage front-end operational sections. It helped him understand the job intricacies at different operation levels that he can now apply when managing and forecasting any planning control. Handling AOG situations at Base Station and several Outstations has helped him gain critical experience in managing and successfully seeing through a short-term project.
Salman has been involved and still is handling several assignments for overall operation improvisation and better management control. He is very confident with his technical knowledge base coupled with the aviation industry's experience of taking any challenges posed and gain benefit for himself and significantly add value to the department he works for.
